Gloria lead the team and all were 100% reliable. They supported the patient in whatever was needed with such kindness and in such dignity that it provided immense relief to him and to us.

Gloria and her team/Shadow Health Care Services of excellent Personal Support Workers have been providing amazing care and attention to our father, Jack, for over 3 years. Under their watchful eyes and helping hands, and their strict attention to care regimens as directed by attending physicians and doctors, our father has recovered from very serious illness and hospitalization and has returned to living comfortably in his own home. He is regularly engaged in daily routines, mental and physical exercises and frequent outings (weather-permitting) which have helped him remain entertained and alert. We receive thorough daily reports on his daily activities and care, which provides us with on-going reassurance and confidence in his health and well-being. I can’t imagine any better care could possibly be provided. Thanks Gloria & Team!

Our cleaning lady gave us the heads up that dad was not doing as well as we thought. Independent seniors may not realize or admit to themselves early enough that they need assistance.
We introduced Gloria from Shadow Health Care Services to dad in his home on a few hours a day basis and over time, including after the serious illness and hospitalization mentioned by Teresa, Gloria and her team were engaged on an increasing basis, ultimately to providing seamless 24/7 care and companionship.
Dad was able to live comfortably and in a social setting in his own home with their empathetic companionship and professional care. Dad commented that he was content with his life and his family and “grateful for his wonderful caregivers.”

Review: We can't say enough wonderful things about Gloria and her company, Shadow Health Care. She looks after our mother like she is her own. She treats her with respect and kindness and is a enormous help to us with her care. She goes above and beyond to make sure our mum and her little dog are taken care of. Our mother has fairly severe Dementia, but due to Gloria’s help and care, has been able to stay in her own home far longer than we imagined. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
